报告内容摘要: With increasing power density requirements from industry, thermal management becomes essential for the future high power density power converters. The thermal management system focuses on three different aspects: 1)Innovative soft-commutation based topologies for AC/DC conversion for low voltage (400V) DC distributions systems in data center, commercial and residential applications; 2) Heatsink design and optimization for converter integration and packaging; 3) Possible gating schemes and control strategies for reducing the device junction temperatures. The new devices may have the potential contributions to the high power density converter design. But the above topics are also suitable for the wide-band devices including SiC and GaN.
